Refund policy

No refunds

Once your payment is confirmed, we don’t refund tickets, including if you can’t attend, change your plans or arrive late.

If you can’t make it, you can ask us to change the attendee’s name instead. Our terms and conditions explain how.

When we do refund

• We cancel the event. We refund everything you paid, including GST.
• You were charged twice for the same booking. We refund the extra charge once we’ve matched it to our payment records.

If we postpone the event or move it to another venue, your ticket stays valid for the new date or venue, and isn’t refunded.

If you were charged but didn’t get a confirmation, write to us before paying again. We’ll confirm your booking or refund the charge.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the payment method you used, through Razorpay. We start a refund within 7 working days of cancelling the event or confirming a mistaken charge. It usually reaches your account 5 to 7 working days after that, depending on your bank.

Ask about a refund

Write to events@creaindia.in with your receipt number or Razorpay payment ID. We acknowledge every request within 48 hours.
