Who we are

CREA (I) One 2027 is organised by the Confederation of Real Estate Associates (India), “CREA (I)” or “we”. It takes place on 9 January 2027 at JW Marriott Hotel Bengaluru, Vittal Mallya Road, Bengaluru 560001.

By booking, you agree to these terms, our refund policy and our privacy policy. If you book for other people, please share these terms with them.

Tickets and prices

• Each ticket admits one named person to the convention on 9 January 2027.
• Prices are in Indian rupees, before GST. GST at 18% is added at checkout.
• The price depends on when you book. Each price applies until 11:59 PM IST on the last day of its period, as shown on the booking page. If the price changes while you’re booking, we show you the new total before you pay.
• You can book up to 10 tickets at a time. Online booking closes at 11:59 PM IST on 8 January 2027.
• Your booking is confirmed once your payment succeeds and we’ve verified it.

Member tickets

• Member prices are for current CREA (I) members only, one member ticket per member.
• Each member ticket must use the email address that member has registered with CREA (I). We check it against our member list before you pay.
• If we find a member ticket held by someone who isn’t a current member, we’ll ask them to pay the difference to the non-member price before they can attend.

Attendee details and passes

• Give a name, email address and phone number for every attendee, and make sure they’re happy for you to share them with us.
• We email each attendee a QR pass after payment. Passes are only sent by email, so there’s nothing to ship or collect. If a pass hasn’t arrived within two working days of payment, check the spam folder, then write to us.
• Show the pass at the registration desk on the day. It admits only the person named on it.
• To change an attendee’s name or details, write to us before the event with the receipt number. A member ticket can only pass to another CREA (I) member.
• Tickets can’t be resold.

GST invoices

If you ask for a GST invoice, we issue it to the GSTIN and registered business name you give us. Each ticket in your booking uses your GST details unless you gave that attendee a different GSTIN. Check these details before you pay: once an invoice is issued, we can only correct it where GST rules allow.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

Tickets are non-refundable. Our refund policy explains the exceptions.

Changes to the event

The agenda, speakers and timings may change. If we postpone the event or move it to another venue, your ticket stays valid for the new date or venue. If we cancel it, we refund you in full, as our refund policy describes.

At the event

• Follow the venue’s rules and the instructions of our staff. We may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone who behaves unsafely or disrupts the event, without a refund.
• We photograph and film the event, and you may appear in photos and videos we use to report on and promote CREA (I) events. If you’d rather not appear, tell our photographers on the day.
• Please look after your belongings. We aren’t responsible for items lost or damaged at the venue.

Liability

We aren’t liable for indirect losses, such as travel or hotel costs, if you can’t attend or the event changes. Our total liability for a booking is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts in Bengaluru have jurisdiction over any dispute. If something goes wrong, please write to us first at events@creaindia.in.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your booking is the one published here when you paid.
